Location: Fargo, ND, US Position: Life Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities: • Cultivate and nurture strong client connections • Successfully complete a comprehensive two-year training program • Acquire the essential expertise and abilities for tailored guidance and effective financial strategy At New York Life, agents are authorized to provide outstanding client care through: • Working in a diverse team environment that respects individuals from all walks of life • Access to opportunities for professional growth and the chance to make a positive impact on individuals' financial well-being Responsibilities:• Candidates should have a sales background and a proactive attitude, willing to go the extra mile• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for client interactions• A passion for helping families and businesses succeed is a fundamental quality for this role• Demonstrating solid business knowledge is essential for understanding and meeting client requirements• Maintain a professional demeanor in all business dealings• Persistence is key to overcoming challenges and achieving goals• Engaging with the local community and utilizing personal networks is advantageous• Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule in this role• Opportunities for career growth exist within the organization Qualifications:• Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients• Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter• Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals• Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security• Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients• Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise• Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community over time• Please Note: We, unfortunately, can only accept applicants who are either US Citizens or reside within the United States.
