(Participating Government Agencies) * Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with all record-keeping requirements. * Adhere to all international import regulations. * Collaborate closely with other internal staff and departments to deliver a high level of service to customers. * Process agency brokerage shipments. * Ensure all government and organizational policies are followed. * A high school diploma or GED is required. * No industry experience is required. * No work experience is required. * Data entry and keyboard experience are required. * Required: MS Office, Outlook, office equipment (phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner). * Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. * Organizational Skills. * Interpersonal skills. * Manage a high volume of work. * Handle time-sensitive work. * Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. * Ability to use multiple systems and reference material. * Interact with internal staff, management of all levels, and internal departments. * Performs other or additional duties as assigned. * Paid training is provided.Additional InformationPosting Date: 2024-04-15 * This role will be hybrid applicants must live in or near Indianapolis, IN, and be willing to come into the office if necessary for company-related matters, with some work from home and some office work available, depending on the company's policies. * This position is paid weekly. * Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00pm - 3:30am (Eastern Time Zone), with some overtime required. In addition, we work most holidays. * This position pays $17.05 hourly which is based upon experience, location market and company guidelines.FedEx Logistics provides freight forwarding, as well as import and export services that allow companies to reach markets throughout the world.
