The Outside Sales Manager role is the hub of our sales department, and will work with current customers, prospecting clients, and other networking opportunities to coordinate and streamline the sales process from beginning to end. APPLY TO LEARN MORE Key Qualifications: Demonstrates a sense of urgency to win (for self, team, and customer) Effectively organizes own work and gets things done on a timely basis; The ability to make sound and effective decisions in keeping in company values; Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively; Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally; Extraordinary intrapersonal and customer service skills Motivated for Sales D uties and responsibilities would include, but are not limited: Full Sales Cycle & Sales Team Management Motivating sales teams, both local and regional, to attain and exceed sales goals by confidently presenting each, and all, of our total relocation services Creating, developing, and maintaining profitable relationships with new and existing customers Creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends reach while enriching sales team skills Ensuring the sales team hits and/or exceeds daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals by increasing bottom lines and overall team percentages Utilizing Client Relations skills & Customer Service skills in all interactions, forwarding the Company’s mission to create customers for life Understanding of Full Cycle Operations, Moving/Packing/Driving Familiarizing with all aspects of a customer’s experience, from initial contact to Claims Management Consistently implementing Business Development strategies while incentivizing team participation Remaining a positive force of motivation through leading by example daily Due to the fluid nature of our business, there will likely be additional duties required geared towards the retention and development of new and existing business. Must have 3-5 years of sales and managerial experience. Not a must, but definitely a PLUS!
