Callaway Resort and Gardens is seeking a diligent and attentive Dining Room Attendant to join our team at the Country Kitchen Restaurant. The Dining Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, resetting tables with silverware and glassware, and replenishing supplies. Additionally, this role involves serving items to guests as instructed and completing other side work assignments as necessary. Responsibilities: Clear dining tables of used dishes and debris. Wipe chairs and table tops with a damp cloth and replace soiled table linens. Reset tables with silverware and glassware. Replenish supplies, such as coffee and fruit juice dispensers. Serve items to guests as instructed. Sweep and mop floors in dining areas or complete other side work assignments as necessary. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining room. Qualifications: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Diligent and attentive to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented attitude and a willingness to assist guests as needed.
