St. Charles Community College is located just west of St. Louis, in the heart of growing St. Charles County. At St. Charles Community College, we have a passion for student success. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in serving diverse student populations. SCC invites qualified candidates to apply for our part-time faculty position to teach nursing clinicals. This posting is designed to build a pool of qualified faculty as open positions arise. Course availability, clinical site, and hours vary. Applicants may be contacted if their qualifications match a particular open clinical rotation. Part-time appointments are made on a semester-by-semester (as needed) basis. Clinical areas may include: Fundamentals Medical Surgical Critical Care Pediatrics Obstetrics Mental Health MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates must hold an unencumbered Missouri nursing license with no history of discipline in any jurisdiction Bachelor's degree in nursing Applicants should have a minimum of 1-year clinical bedside experience in nursing.
