Tommy's Tavern + Tap is looking to bring on a Director of Operations to oversee and manage our North Jersey Locations. Tommy's is a fast growing, Family-owned independent restaurant group with 10+ locations across 3 states. Be part of one of the most popular and fastest growing companies in the country! In a Director of Operations we are looking for an individual who is dedicated to Greatness and keeping the culture and standards consistent across all locations. High levels of communication, organization and a passion for guest experience are MUST!!. We want a leader who is committed to growing and developing their management teams and always making everyone around them better. Responsibilities: Identify problems in the day-to-day operations and ways to fix them Manage day-to-day operations while also working toward long-term business goals Identify profits and losses and operate within the parameters of budgets Daily communication across many teams (accounting, operations, human resources and executive management) Interview, hire, train and manage new supervisors and managers Develop the team and provide paths for growth within the company Maintain company culture and staff morale Keep operations as streamlined as possible Understand key revenue drivers and identify any room for improvement Make decisions on how to operate the business from both a guest and financial standpoint Must have minimum 3 years in a multi unit management role with a Full Service Restaurant Group
