Social Media Video Content Creator A Social Media Content Creator who has a positive attitude is skilled in content capture, and has a passion for creativity and delivering best-in-class results. They will be responsible for delivering effective, aesthetically pleasing, engaging, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for social media, video, website, email promotional, and other creative needs across the company. The position requires professional-level photography and videography skills; creative vision; strong comprehension of storytelling; the ability to adhere to brand guidelines; impeccable interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders; and a strong understanding of the existing and evolving digital media landscape. The candidate must be detail-oriented and have up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices, emerging platforms, technology, and trends. The candidate must also have a professional portfolio to showcase photography, videography, and other related work samples. The candidate must be able to use comedy in content and will be creating both short-form and long-form videos. The majority of videos will be in short form nature. Your main job duties will be centered around creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and any other platforms that require content on mobile devices. You'll be expected to create content in a variety of styles, including commercial, informative, documentary, and of course: memes/humorous. A knowledge of constantly changing trends, and the ability to edit videos quickly that make viewers go "woah" is key. You should be comfortable appearing on camera for our clients (we promise, they're pretty cool clients.) The ideal applicant for this position has skills, including Social media: The ability to use social media to maintain or build a brand is necessary to be a Content Creator. You are expected to regularly post text, video, and images that engage the company's target market, follow online conversations on a company's social media accounts and solve customer concerns using social media platforms. Communication : Great verbal and written communication skills are critical for this position. Content Creators must interact with customers and report to senior management personnel. As good communicators, this position must identify social media events such as new trends, an interesting hashtag, or a sensitive topic, and share appropriate content that aligns with the company's social media strategy. Creativity : Crafting engaging content is an important skill for a Content Creator. This position must constantly align content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people. Technology : Computer skills, skills in using social media platforms, software to edit/create video/photos and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms are requirements for this position. A Content Creator must use digital technologies to meet the goals of social media campaigns. Research : Skills in learning social media trends, identifying new social media tools, and finding real-time online conversations are necessary for this position.Content Creators must have an understanding of the trends and techniques of social media as well as the company's online presence to effectively handle social media marketing. Time management : The skill of organizing tasks to meet deadlines is essential for this role. Social Media Managers work according to schedules and must meet marketing and business goals. Strong Communicator - This job is about communicating well with other people both verbally and in writing. Communication is about listening, and then clearly authentically articulating ideas and information. Building relationships with the end customer.
