Visit us at www.accenture.com .As a Insurance Operations New Associate you will be responsible for preparing and scanning incoming mail to be processed by downstream partners.Job duties include Mail Handling Open, sort, log, and route mail to the right team Scanning mail to capture the images Mail quality control review for accuracy of routing to correct team Some activities may involve working with debugging printers and other office machinery Data entry tasks using Excel and other systems where accuracy will be key Filing of company records in company library Role Requirements Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds Availability for a shift start time between 7:00- 9:00 AM CT Monday -Friday Overtime is limited and typically offered on a voluntary basis Must work in office in Amarillo, TX Basic Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office or corporate environment Preferred Skills Previous mail room scanning data entry experience Experience with MS Word and Excel Excellent reading comprehension Customer service experience #LI-NACompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
