GENERAL FUNCTION This role supports the Company’s mission to create a community with a primary focus on promoting and guaranteeing premium and professional eyecare experiences with every patient at their local practice. The role also supports advancing the profession of optometry in the healthcare industry. This position is the leader within the local practice and marketplace and establishes the practice as the premier destination for all vision needs within the community. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Works closely with managing and associate doctors to ensure the highest standard of patient care and work flow efficiency. Conveys a patient-centric approach through leading team performance, coaching, inspiring, and developing team members to deliver unsurpassed patient experiences, every time. Recruits and selects high caliber, success-oriented talent and creates a talent pipeline for succession.
