Meet Tuck! This strapping seven-year-old lab lover boy will capture your heart the moment you meet him! He currently weighs around 100 pounds, but that just means you'll have a lot of pup to snuggle! With his soulful eyes and gentle manner, Tuck is just pure joy- plain and simple. We are looking for a family that will give him everything a senior pup could ask for and more! Tuck doesn't ask for much. Give him some belly rubs, a few treats, and a couch to crash on, and he'll be your best friend for life! He knows "sit" and "down" and will show you just how smart he is. He gives the most gentle kisses to thank you for spending time with him. We are thankful one of our volunteers took Tuck into foster, where he is spending his days lounging in a comfy bed, chewing on his favorite bones, and playing ball in the yard. Tuck has great recall and does well with other dogs. As if that weren't cool enough, Tuck also lives with two cats who he gets along great with! Tuck enjoys leisurely walks and is great on a leash! He's a bit overweight, so someone to slowly help him improve his mobility and drop a few pounds would be wonderful! During the day, he likes to look out the window and watch the world. He appears to be house-trained and sleeps quietly through the night! He also does well riding in the car. Based on our evaluation, we feel Tuck would do well in a home with adults or families with children ages five and up. We feel he has the ability to live with other dogs and cats. We are happy to do a meet and greet with your family fur baby! After some investigation, we've determined Tuck does have some food allergies, which we are easily addressed with his diet.
