We are a locally owned In-Home Care Agency that provides 24/7 around the clock care to Seniors in the comfort of their homes.We are looking for an Operations manager, who has experience managing people, overseeing projects, is capable of working with others, offers clear communication, and takes the initiative! Responsibilities of this role: Managing our team of 20+ and growing, caregivers Overseeing Client Satisfaction Maintaining Communication between other department heads Attending weekly virtual group calls Overseeing a designated software Job Type: Full-time Remote 80% of the time Salary: $400.00 - $800.00 per week Benefits: Work from home (80% of the time) Company smartphone Company laptop / computer Health Insurance (Includes medical, dental, vision and prescriptions) Paid Time Off (PTO) Vacation and planned leaves 401k Investment stocks Bonus after 7 months Schedule: Holidays On call Weekend availability Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Tech Savy Comfortable with MAC devices Experience with managing and handling people Customer Support skills Google Docs & Sheets: 1 years (Required) Management Experience: 2 year (Required) Language: Fluent English (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (On-call) Willingness to travel: 20% (Required) Work Location: Remote & In-Person Powered by JazzHR
