What will I be doing? Providing therapy to adults and at-risk youth throughout Winter Haven, FL, and the surrounding area. Candidate will be required to provide direct care services, complete psychotherapy notes, conduct assessments, complete treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy. Am I a good fit? Successful candidates will have a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families. Sessions conducted in the community include but are not limited to consumer’s home, school, office, and virtual. Able to work out in the community in multiple locations Must be willing to serve 15 - 25 clients This can be a part-time , full-time , or part-time to full-time transition position. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, and/or Psychology from an accredited University Registered Intern or Eligible to become one in the state of Florida At least 1 year of full-time documented mental health experience or volunteer work post-human services degree Spanish Speaking (Preferred) Access to reliable transportation adhering to all Florida Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license) Additional Benefits: If you are applying for a master’s level position in the state of Florida, we will offer Supervision reimbursement Mileage reimbursement *Travel is required for this position* Health Connect America and its companies are a multi-state, community mental health, behavioral health, family preservation, and therapeutic foster care services provider(s).
