As an Equipment Technician, you'll have the opportunity to use your technical skills to play a key role on our manufacturing team - and you'll only work 3-4 days per week! A bit about the role: We only work 3-4 days a week! Our facilities operate four different 12-hour shifts. Currently, we are looking to fill positions on the following shifts: Day shift schedules: 1 st shift: Mon - Wed (+ Thursdays during Peak season), 5am - 5pm 3 rd shift: Fri - Sun (+ Thursdays during Peak season), 5am - 5pm (+$1/hr. shift diff.) ...Or for the night owls, we have the following overnight shifts: 2 nd Shift: Mon - Wed (+ Thursdays during Peak season), 5pm - 5am (+$1/hr. shift diff.) 4 th Shift: Fri - Sun (+ Thursdays during Peak season), 5pm - 5am (+$2/hr. shift diff) Copy and paste the links below to learn more about: What It's Like to Work Here - https://youtu.be/K-z5x3RddH8 Our Culture - https://youtu.be/7TXsNpodRAQ What You'll Do Here: Perform maintenance on high-speed printing equipment, including but not limited to, digital presses or bindery/finishing equipment Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans and blueprints Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve any equipmentissuesto keep equipment running at peak efficiency Maintain confidentiality and strict compliance with the company's security policy related to potential access to sensitive information The Skills You'll Bring: Experience planning and performing maintenance onhigh-speeddigital printing and bindery/finishing equipment, or equivalent technical experience Ability to perform adjustments on mechanical systems and troubleshoot/replace worn components Understanding of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures Experience performing maintenance on high voltage equipment (480V) with the ability to determine the voltage of energized parts and potentialhazards Ability to understand documentation of maintenance and repairprocedures Ability to work on all shifts asneeded, stand for 12 hours+,lift upto 25 lbs., crouch, kneel, reach, bend and do repetitive actions Why You'll Love Working at Shutterfly: Competitive hourly pay and regular opportunity for overtime Annual Performance Reviews with opportunity for pay increases Competitive Benefits starting on your first day of employment (Health, Vision, Dental) Paid Time Off (3 weeks accrued per year) & Paid Holidays Climate controlled, state-of-the-art facilities with a gym, game room, free beverages, and more Up to $2,500 in free Shutterfly merchandise and huge discounts across our family of brands On-the-job training, career development, and the opportunity to earn $2,500 for employee referrals!
