Looking for someone who will nicely blend into our home. We're considered Anaheim due to city zoning, but it's really Buena Park. Major cross street's are La Palma Ave and Dale Ave. We are near Buena Park Mall and are tucked away at the end of a cul de sac where Dale Ave dead ends. Location is behind Boiserranc Park, which has baseball fields, pool, summer concerts, and basketball, tennis and racquetball courts. It's an end unit house, so it's location is ideal. Right behind us is a very large grass area that's secluded. You can set up volleyball, play freesbee, read a book, have a picnic, or for doing whatever. We've uploaded a video to show you the area which is tucked away behind us. It's a really peacefully and quaint bonus area. It's really great if you need some down time,just want to get some fresh air, and especially for students who need a quiet place to study. So as far as the house, the vibe is casual and friendly. For the most part we all keep to ourselves, have our own individual lives and interests, but we are courteous, friendly, and respectful to one another. The atmosphere is chill and laid back. We keep a place that's welcoming and stress free without drama. Just be aware that this is not the right fit for anyone looking to have a party, hang outs, for having sleepovers, or bringing random people in and out of the house. It's not that type of environment here. This is a family home and we are desiring a person with a good demeanor, good character, and high moral standards. We have a no tolerance policy for aggressive personality types. No drinkers, substance abuse, smoking, vapor, pot, or vices are permitted here. The ideal candidate is someone who has minimal kitchen needs (grab n go), who works outside of the home, has a full schedule, is polite, responsible, has a friendly attitude and who's easy going. If you don't have a friendly nature, you can't hold a conversation without cussing, or you want absolutely no interaction of any kind with your housemates, then this is not the place for you. Being quiet and shy is 100% okay, but we are not looking for someone who isn't self aware. If you can't be a little interactive, at least every once in a blue moon, then we're probably not the right fit for you. We just want someone who can say, hello, and who's nice and isn't going to completely tune us out. We'll be living together, so at least be able to small chat here and there so the energy in the house stays warm and welcoming. As per the kitchen access, light kitchen use is okay. You will have use of the microwave, and dishes etc, but we are seeking someone who doesn't require a great amount of kitchen use at this time. There is also a nice private community pool that you can use anytime (7 days a week)to spend time with family and friends. There is also laundry on home premises that is included with all utilities. So, if you're a clean person by nature, live a clean honest life, and are respectful of the property and space of others, then we think you'll be happy here and we'd love to welcome you.
