Our law firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal who is focused on delivering results and providing superior client care and needs someone who understands and respects our culture. Our Litigation Paralegal must provide exceptional support to the Firm’s attorneys. This important position requires working directly with attorneys. We are looking to build a long-term team. We are growth-oriented and offer the opportunity to advance and learn within the practice. Responsibilities:• Working with two litigation attorneys• Working with a remote senior paralegal• Organizing Files• Preparing case files for hearings and trials• Tracking statutes and deadlines• Maintaining the litigation calendar• Scheduling depositions and mediations• Filing pleadings• Drafting letters and simple court documents• Conducting research about laws and judicial decisions• Helping attorneys prepare cases for hearings and trials• Drafting interrogatories• Consistently Communicating with clients with updates and gathering information• Preparing and gathering discovery• Drafting complaints Qualifications:• At least two years experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal• Paralegal Certification preferred• Good writing skills• Case management system experience• Excellent client relations skill• Team player Compensation: $42,000 - $54,000 (plus potential bonus) About Company: The Foster Firm is a boutique personal injury law firm.
