Cwmpas are a co: operative and development agency, working for economic and social change, believing that our economy and society should work differently, putting people and planet first. This position sits within the Business Growth and Consultancy Directorate, which aims to ensure the future sustainability of Cwmpas through securing continuation and new income, testing new services and products, and delivering a range of consultancy services in line with their objective of making positive change happen. Key Details Location: Remote with travel across Wales as required. Salary: GBP54,527 per annum (Rising to GBP56,708 per annum from April 2024), with a range of wider benefits. Annual Leave: Starting at 25 days per annum, along with Bank Holidays and an additional 3 days over Christmas at the discretion of Cwmpas. Contract: Permanent with 35 hours a week, part: time can be considered within reason.
