About the Role: As a Location Manager in the Rented Housing department in Burnley, you'll be at the forefront of creating a vibrant and supportive community for our residents. From managing properties to fostering positive relationships with tenants, your role will be diverse and rewarding. This position requires a blend of compassion, professionalism, and leadership as you navigate various property and tenancy matters. Responsibilities: Manage properties and support residents in maintaining independent living. Oversee property letting, rent accounts, and address anti-social behavior. Respond to resident concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their needs are met. Investigate complaints thoroughly and take ownership of resolutions. Maintain resident trust through clear communication and transparent service delivery. Manage location budget and service charge accounts to ensure property upkeep.
