Mobilisation Manager £55,000 per annum + additional benefits Purpose of the role As Empro's Mobilisation Manager, you will play a critical role in leading a transition of services between services providers and will run an efficient PMO delivering vigour and robust project management processes, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and driving overall service excellence for our customer and end client. This is a dynamic and collaborative role that requires strong analytical, communication, excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. The role will be in a client facing position and will own client relationships. Responsibilities The role will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects, ensuring correct project management documentation is completed including project initiation and kick off, project progress and assurance reviews (i. e. Steering Committees), stakeholder management, operational readiness and then handover and closure documentation. Finalising with a lessons learned review ensuring iterative learning of the mobilisation process for continuous improvement. Requirements Thorough understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies, as well as the broader realm of change management Possess qualifications in portfolio, project, and/or program management (e. g. APM , P3O, PRINCE2). Deep understanding of, and having worked within, Facilities Management sector Understanding of operational pressures in the service industry, along with understanding of transition and particularly TUPE Experience and track record of embedding best practice project and programme management. Experience of working with, and providing effective support to, senior managers and projects within large organisations. Ability to develop excellent internal, external and third party relationships and work with them collaboratively to form a close-knit team that delivers successful outputs.
