This position is based in Raleigh, NC.Duties:Represent clients in white-collar criminal defense matters and government investigations.Conduct legal research and analysis related to white-collar crimes and government regulations.Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.Assist in all phases of litigation, from case inception to resolution.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar or eligible for admission.Minimum of 1+ years of white-collar criminal defense and government investigations experience in a law firm setting or relevant experience as a prosecutor or public defender.Strong understanding of criminal law, procedures, and regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the North Carolina State Bar, or eligibility for admission.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client communication and teamwork.
