About the Opportunity Reporting to the Early Years Consultant, the Community Home Visitor (CHV) is an essential member of an inter-disciplinary, collaborative Public Health team responsible for the delivery of programs and services according to NS Public Health Standards and Protocols. The CHV works with families during the prenatal, postpartum and early childhood period and focuses on families who are potentially vulnerable or at risk of poor child health and development.
