In addition, Applied provides engineering, design and systems integration for industrial, fluid power, and flow control applications, as well as customized mechanical, fabricated rubber, fluid power, and flow control shop services. _ In this role, you will provide our customers with expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems. Unlike most CSR roles, you will build ongoing business relationships with our customers through repeated contact and consultation. As this is a service and parts center, our ability to get customers’ business often depends on your ability to quickly and efficiently provide them with the right parts and/or solutions – especially when customers are experiencing costly equipment breakdowns. You will also have duties that will require mechanical aptitude and a technical problem-solving approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Inside Sales responsibilities Directly engaged in all sales activities Maintaining up to date knowledge of the company’s service offerings Build ongoing relationships with customers Responding to customer product inquiries both in person (branch) and via phone/email Providing support to the outside sales force Ensuring accurate, timely order processing through the computerized order processing system Selection and.
