Bestlogic Staffing is currently seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator for our client in East Granby, CT. This is a full-time position on the 2nd shift, with opportunities for overtime and advancement within the company.As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. You will work with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics, and use various tools such as drills, lathes, and grinders.Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to work orders and blueprints Load materials onto machines and adjust machine settings to ensure proper cuts and finishes Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standards Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC milling machines Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Strong knowledge of machining tools and equipment Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed If you are a skilled CNC Mill Operator looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you!
