PURSPOSE OF THE ROLE Role Overview As part of the warehouse team, you will carry out operations associated with distribution, in a manner which maximises Health and Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Productivity by complying with all processes and procedures in place. Requirements: : Electric pallet struck and Stacker truck licence or experience preferred: Sap Knowledge in WM module desired but not essential: Experience in Warehouse environment WHAT WE OFFER : Fixed shifts, guaranteed 38.5 hrs Monday to Friday (early finish Friday): Shift allowance on top of basic: Optional weekend overtimes paid at double (including shift allowance): Generous leave policies (including carers): Private medical insurance (taxable benefit): Cycle to work scheme: Life Insurance: Critical illness insurance: Staff shop (up to 75 off RRP):25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, plus a day off for your birthday (paid) MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Results : Meets efficiency targets, recognizes issues and informs appropriate people: Drives all Mechanical Handling Equipment and uses RDT according to procedures to put goods away and pick all order types: Processes Production Returns. Reports anomalies (QRR / reject forms): Receives Finished Goods, informs others of errors: Samples components and Raw Materials. Takes appropriate steps to prevent contamination.
