The ideal candidate will be focused in the non-profit organizations area, with general corporate, commercial, and tax experience. Experience or specialization in the healthcare areas covered by the healthcare attorneys in the practice group is beneficial. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as a strong academic background. Enthusiasm for client service and business development is essential. This New York State firm offers business customers expertice in all major practice areas. Its clients include a distinguished list of banks, real estate, biotech, pharmaceutical and other companies. Despite the high quality of the work product, the work environment is relaxed and deliliberately collegial.
