FS PARTNERS, a division of GROWMARK, Inc. is a growing and progressive, multi-service agricultural business, operating18 locations that specialize in agronomy, energy products and grain marketing throughout southwestern and central Ontario. We’re currently looking for professional, courteous, knowledgeable and self-motivated individuals to join our team during our busy season. Are you looking to get first-hand, boots on the ground experience in Agronomy? Scouting with FS PARTNERS this summer is an amazing opportunity to do this! If you love the outdoors, working independently and are interested in learning about weed ID, crop staging, insects and diseases, have we got the position for you! Come be part of the Agronomy team at FS PARTNERS for a fun, unforgettable summer, from which you will gain experiences that you will take with you throughout your entire career in agriculture. Use integrated pest management (IPM) techniques, satellite imagery and GPS technology to document notes from the field that include weeds, insects, diseases and other yield limiting threats. Represent FS PARTNERS on the road and in our growers' fields. Be curious, ask questions, and get the most out of your 2024 summer! We provide you the necessary tools to have a great summer, while growing your knowledge and experience of the agriculture industry. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires an individual currently enrolled in an agriculture-related college or university program, who possesses a basic understanding of production agriculture. Must be at least 18 years of age. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
