The Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will deliver quality care and education in a stimulating environment, fostering strong parent relationships. Responsibilities: Plan engaging, educational activities following Early Years Foundation Stage standards. Act as a key person, monitor progress, and with parents. Ensure child safety, report concerns promptly. Adhere to the collection policy. Attend staff meetings and parents evenings. Requirements: Previously worked as an Early Years Practitioner or in a similar role. Minimum Level 3 or Level 2 qualification in childcare. Possess diploma of Higher Education.
