Job Title: Sourcer Position Type: Contract Location: San Jose/LA/Seattle Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $30-$50 per hour (USD) Job ID#: #135921Responsibilities: Manage the sourcing strategy for key technical talent at all levels Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques) Qualifications Minimum 1-5 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment) Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks Great verbal and written communication skill, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details) Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums About Us: Founded in 2009, IntelliPro stands as a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
