The Role: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Winsford. As the Internal Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The Daily Duties: Outbound cold calling to non-active and dormant customers, to understand current requirements, and reasons why they never/did and/or don't use us. Set up meetings for regional managers to go in and meet with them. Offer product trials Contact existing live customer base, go deeper and wider into accounts making them fully aware of the whole products and services portfolio. Work with marketing to launch product promotions/events Follow up on enquires following trade events First point of contact for new account enquiries Follow up following the opening of the account Tracking of new business The Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of internal sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients. Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
