The Role: As the CQC Home Manager, youll collaborate with senior management to oversee daily operations, coordinate with regional leads, and ensure optimal support for young individuals. Duties: Maintain up-to-date intervention and care plans. Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings. Coordinate property maintenance and cleanliness. Manage stock, food, and medication orders. Arrange health appointments and activities. Oversee budget management and provide regular updates. Schedule staff supervisions and performance reviews. Requirements: Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Home Manager or in a similar role. Previous experience in a similar managerial role in social care. Skilled in auditing documentation.
