<p>Role:</p><ul><li>As a Global Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing tactical marketing tasks and administrative tasks in support of the marketing activities. You will be part of the global marketing team for Roche Diagnostics Solutions and will be working closely with the international business teams.</li></ul><p><br />Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Organize approved promotional content in the Content Management System (Veeva)</li><li>Drive the Promotional Content Approval Process (PCAP) workflows for new or updated marketing collaterals</li><li>Draft and post affiliate marketing notifications</li><li>Create and maintain internal Google Sites</li><li>Own the project management of the marketing initiatives with creative agencies (create POs, SOWs, MyBuy, negotiations, follow up on projects and invoices)</li><li>Perform website updates (coordinate with internal creative agency or with the digital marketing team)</li><li>Send the “Save the date” for affiliate training invites and organize internal logistics for internal virtual training</li><li>Support the planning for global conferences (coordinate with Global Conferences and Events group the marketing collaterals for Showpad, PCAP for registration emails, set up booth duty, help with logistics)</li><li>Plan, track, and update M&D budget (AMP tool/SmartSheet)</li></ul><p>Skills:</p><ul><li>Ability to create documentation that is complete, consistent, and accurate.</li><li>Ability to plan project components, manage projects, and effectively report status to stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in the Google Suite of collaborative tools (gDoc, gSheet, gSlide, gCalendar, Gmail) including creation and management of G sites</li><li>Can deliver visually compelling work (graphic design aptitudes)</li><li>Proficiency with Document Management Systems and Sales Enablement Platforms such as Veeva Vault and Showpad</li><li>Excellent collaboration, teamwork skills and organizational skills</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills and excellent writing skills (English)</li><li>Experience in budgeting and forecasting</li></ul><p><br />Profile:</p><ul><li>Number of years of experience that is required/preferred: 1 (required) -3 years (preferred)</li></ul><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, or administrative education (or equivalent years of experience)</li></ul><p> </p><p>This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $35.96/hour-$49.00/hour</p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)</p><p>Magnit has an ongoing commitment to the diversity and inclusion of all team members.
