You will be based at their high-tech site in Heathrow working in a fast-paced department where no day will be the same. This worldwide, billion-pound company has over 100 sites across the globe and offers a wide range of logistics services including air freight, ocean freight and rail freight for an extensive list of industries. Roles and Responsibilities as an Import/Export Coordinator: Liaising directly with external clients and customs to ensure the most efficient and timely movement of cargo across the world and providing regular tracking and tracing information. Preparing documentation to fulfil export, import and customs clearance. Track and trace cargo where required to ensure correct movement delivery. Providing proper billing and costing information for accurate invoicing. I am keen to see CVs from individuals who have: A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Import/Export Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Freight Clerk, Import Administrator, Export Clerk, Freight Coordinator or a similar role within a Logistics, Supply Chain or Freight business.
