Responsibilities: Generate invoices across various billing cycles Input vendor bills into Accounting Software Create bank deposits while tracking open accounts receivable Provide collections support for delinquent invoices Create monthly journal entries/accruals Perform sales tax reconciliations Perform customer deposit reconciliations Generate monthly/quarterly sales tax filings Oversee employee expenses & billable time Confirm all time entries include appropriate contract details Other duties as assigned Potential for additional responsibilities: Generate monthly financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, and others as developed Perform profitability reporting at the company, department, client, and employee-level Additional reporting metrics/KPIs for operational reporting Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience 1-3 years full-time experience in a bookkeeping role. Financially-minded individual with interest in business operations Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to problem solve and multi-task effectively.
