Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembler . Position Type: Full-time-Contract. Duration: 12 Months Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 (Onsite) As an Assembler , you will: Must be willing to work in a clean room environment will PPE. Tube Assembly Assemblers perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules. In an ultra-cleanroom environment, use tools and equipment properly to assemble products. Use of bunny suits, rubber finger coats, smocks, and rubber gloves to work with alcohol, alkali powders such as aluminum, tungsten, sodium, potassium, cesium silicon, cesium chromate, and acids. Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. Participate in training activities to develop, maintain, and improve job skills. Perform visual checks of product to assure quality. Multi-task while monitoring multiple exhaust systems. Identify and correct non-conforming part. Preferred Qualifications: Good hand/eye coordination. Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions. Demonstrated problem solving techniques. Related manufacturing work experience: 1-3 years Ability to hold a Security Clearance a plus. Related manufacturing work experience: 1-3 years preferred. Must be able to wear clean room attire and work in a clean room. Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control) The ideal candidate will have: High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
