You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This is a renowned private hospital in the heart of London, dedicated to providing world-class medical services with a commitment to patient care and well-being To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As the Endoscopy Theatre Lead your key responsibilities include: Lead and manage the endoscopy theatre team Plan and coordinate daily schedules and resources Ensure the availability and maintenance of endoscopy equipment and supplies Maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards Provide direct patient care during procedures Uphold quality assurance and control processes Oversee staff training and development Manage equipment and inventory Maintain accurate patient records and reporting Collaborate effectively with other hospital departments Be prepared to respond to emergency situations The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Minimum of 5 years of endoscopy experience At least 2 years in a leadership role in the UKStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of endoscopy equipment, techniques, and infection control Commitment to patient safety and quality care The successful Endoscopy Theatre Lead will receive an excellent salary of £54,000 - £56,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week working early and late shifts.
