Our client has offices across the South and works with landowners, developers, land promoters, investors and local planning authorities on a range of projects such as complex residential, commercial, retail and urban regeneration schemes. Join a small team in Exeter and assist in providing the following services to your client base: : Planning Appraisals : Strategic Promotion : Planning Strategy Reports : Land Purchase / Board Reports : Project Coordination : Expert Witness : Planning Applications : Research and Engagement : Lawful Development Certificates Job Requirements In order , Graduate Town Planners should hold a planning qualification or similar and be keen to progress towards RTPI chartership. Previous working experience is advantageous but not essential. You should be a good communicator with an eye for detail. A driving licence is essential.
