The Landscape Foreman will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of landscape projects. The successful candidate will lead a team of landscapers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding our company's standards of excellence. Responsibilities:• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of landscape projects• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and timelines• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on job sites• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure tools are used safely and effectively• Manage project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress to meet deadlines• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations Qualifications:• Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar leadership role in the landscaping industry• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant materials, and hardscaping• Excellent leadership and communication skills• Ability to operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly About Company: For over 25 years, Aspen Outdoor Designs has been a leading landscape design company dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning works of art.
