Description:
We are seeking an experienced Narrow Web Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various converting equipment to produce high-quality labels for our customers. **Responsibilities:**- Operate converting equipment such as slitter machines, laminating machines, rotary die cutters, flatbed die cutters, and rewind tables for product inspection- Inspect labels for defects and ensure they meet quality standards- Package labels for shipment and complete required paperwork- Use QAD to issue/receive product to work orders and print core/box labels- Complete miscellaneous tasks as requested by management **Minimum Qualifications:**- Prior production or manufacturing experience- High school diploma or equivalent- High level of attention to detail and accuracy- Demonstrated ability to process product within quality and productivity standards- Ability to read and understand all associated paperwork and tools- Experience with slitting, laminating, rotary die cutting, flatbed die cutting, and roll-fed flexographic printing- Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
