Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a respected Multi: Disiplinary Consultancy in the East Midlands on the appointment of a Graduate Town Planner. This is a full: time and permanent position. The successful Graduate Town Planner will assist in supporting the companys clientbase with a variety of services such as planning advice, planning applications, enforcement matters, appeals, S106 negotiations, public inquiries and hearings and strategic planning advice. In this role you will work on a range of projects that fall in multiple sectors such as Commercial, Leisure and Tourism, Hotel, Residential, Renewables and Healthcare sectors. In order to this role, the Graduate Town Planner should hold an RTPI accredited degree (ideally) or similar, with some post: graduation experience in the field (year in industry or currently employed). You should be a good communicator, hungry to progress in the field of Town Planning and hold a UK driving licence.
