We continue to grow, we are always looking for the best and brightest transcribers to be a part of our post-production team. Job Description: Transcribes video clips for broadcast programming on a freelance/subcontract basis This is a contracted work-from-home position Job Requirements: Must have excellent knowledge of English grammar, especially English punctuation Must have excellent research skills to be able to research spellings of uncommon words, places, events, et cetera Must be on time and return projects according to strict deadlines Must be open to feedback and make immediate corrections Must have a foot pedal, transcription software, and professional (ear-muff type) headphones and/or speakers. Headphones are preferred as subtleties are more easily heard. Must have a computer with Windows Media Player and be able to download .wmv video files Must be competent in converting word processing files Must be willing to transcribe a variety of material, including Christian programming Application Process: E-mail a job-related resume highlighting related education and job experience to xxxx.
