The Role: As a Clinical Support Worker, you will provide clinical and non-clinical assistance to the Colorectal team, following the guidance of a registered healthcare professional. Responsibilities: Perform varied administrative tasks, including stock ordering, letter composition, MDT management, and documentation handling. Conduct backssment, plan, and implement colorectal care for patients and carers. Support effective healthcare delivery. Handle specified aspects of care and therapeutic intervention. Ensure clear communication with stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and accurate records. Requirements: Previously worked as a Clinical Support Worker, Nursing Assistant or in a similar role. Prior knowledge of colorectal nursing. Background in administrative duties. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
