Job type: Full-time Work setup: Remote/hybrid Schedule: Monday-Friday, some variation available Your Responsibilities: 1. HR Metrics and Compliance: Prepare and analyze HR metrics, providing regular reporting to stakeholders and contributing to evidence-based decision-making. Implement and support in the administration of health and safety initiatives and employee disability claims in partnership with Clinic leaders (Worker’s Compensation, modified work, leave of absence, short-term, and long-term disability). Manage OHS and psychological wellbeing initiatives, communications and overall management to legislation and requirements. Have oversite of policies and procedures to ensure alignment to vision and values of the organization. Create, modify and communicate policies as needed. 2. Talent Acquisition and Brand Ambassador: Collaborate with business leaders to develop international and regional recruitment strategies, emphasizing the importance of creating an inclusive environment. Create and develop competitive job offers through leveraging industry knowledge, current market trends, and compensation benchmarks. Support and provide guidance to the HR team to.
