The Transmission Connections Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining customer contracts for contract and customer business support to effectively manage the commercial relationships with the IESO and wholesale customers within the new de-regulated electricity marketplace. The department provides on-going support, training and direction to Account Executives as well as internal and external (customer) stakeholders on the code, license and market rule requirements set by the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) and IESO as they apply to wholesale/retail customer connections and agreements with Hydro One Networks. Job Description: Support the design, development and process administration for effective management of customer agreements and the associated efficient policies and procedures which impact the delivery of services to Key Accounts. These processes could include, but are not limited to: Contractual documents including connection agreements, facilities agreements, letters of intents and service agreements Project tracking for Key Accounts Provision of system data such as power quality information, SCADA data Provision of intellectual property (system maps, single line diagrams, line and station facility layout) Management of wholesale/retail customer enquiries and disputes.
