Title: Support Engineer Location: Montreal (Hybrid) Job Type: Fulltime with company benefits. Job Description: Capgemini is looking for a dedicated Support Engineer on a fulltime position based in Montreal, QC, Canada. Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to all phases of the Oracle EPM projects from inception to completion, partner with multi-functional and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of the project on time and on budget. Interact with business users for gathering requirement and converting function requirements into technical requirements. Exposure with tracing matrix to map functional requirements with technical requirements (Dimensions, Attributes, Smartlists and Members) for budgeting and forecasting and planning. Responsible for building Hyperion DRM application per design blueprint and client specifications. Create imports for one time build in DRM; create Heir and version from the import file from stage Area. Assist the financial and technical teams in designing the test plan and test cases. Perform User Acceptance testing, regression testing and analyze results. Build integrations across systems and services – Integrated EPM Business Processes, Management Reports. Develop batch files using Max L, ESSCMDs, and rule files to upload data from System’s database to Essbase cube Prepare Technical Operational Documentation, Knowledge Transfer, Application upgrade and recovery, Run book document to list all the issues along with solutions and User training documents.
