The Opportunity: As a Senior Program Manager, you will be joining the Northern Europe Professional Services Project Management Team where you will be responsible for managing multiple Projects and Programme of Projects. This position requires good leadership, excellent communication, and " hands-on" project management skills. You must have a strong Project Management background in software lifecycle and implementation both on and off cloud and migration, working with both new and existing customers. You will be required to support junior members of the team utilising your experience and to deputise for the Manager of the Northern Europe Professional Services Project Management Team when required. To achieve this, the Program Manager will have 8+ years working as a Supplier Customer facing Program Manager, where they have successfully delivered multiple large and complex projects, knowledge of Open Text Products would be an advantage. Location: Reading (UK) - Hybrid role - 3 days a week in the office What You Are Great At: Delivering Large and Complex Projects, both on and off cloud including migrations utilzing Project Management methodologies Managing multiple workstreams concurrently for multiple customers prioritizing tasks to ensure Customer satisfaction. Planning and Organizing. You will be able to quickly understand the scope of the Project workstreams assigned to you and be able to turn that into a sequence of activities that can be allocated to individuals that you can track to completion.
