Summary: The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for proactively managing the end-to-end candidate experience from first contact to completion of new employee on boarding. This role requires a strong relationship-builder who knows how to support, communicate, and drive recruitment strategies to meet department, corporate hiring, and retention goals. This position will work closely with Marketing and HR to develop the KJLC employer brand, both internally and externally across the EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to expand their recruitment responsibilities and make an impact with innovative recruitment strategies.
