Work Location: Bradenton and Sarasota, FL As part of this role, you will: Perform first echelon maintenance on specific organizational equipment; i.e.: air conditioners, generators, etc. Performs organization repairs on facilities, which include, but not limited to, carpentry and replacing defected materials Completes any maintenance worksheet, and reports, other maintenance actions as required Assists in the maintenance of the facilities to maintain a high state of readiness Reports any mechanical defects or failures What you need to bring to this role: High School Diploma or GED required At least 2 years experience in maintenance and or construction experience required Ability to understand and follow MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and their application in the work locations Knowledge of the type of custodial supplies used in various types of commercial buildings and facilities Must be competent in OSHA construction safety standards Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Detail oriented with an organized mind-set Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities **MCR Health is a drug free workplace.
