Registered Nurse Manager (RMN) Job Type: Full Time / Permanent Location: St Leonards on Sea Salary: A GBP 45,000 per annum plus bonus Our clients home is a 23 Bedded Mental Health Nursing Home, based in the St Leonards On Sea in East Susinteraction. The home strives to provide a supportive and therapeutic environment to enable each of the service user in their care to achieve meaningful and sustainable recovery and fulfil her individual potential to the maximum extent. They help them make positive change in their lives and to gain greater independence, long: term mental wellbeing and successful reintegration into their community at their earliest opportunity. The Nursing Home aims to be a centre of excellence providing high quality, holistic, person: centred rehabilitative care and specialised treatment for their service users with complex mental health needs and/or challenging behaviour. Their goal is for each of the service user in their care to achieve meaningful and sustainable positive change in their lives and to gain greater independence, long: term mental well: being and successful reintegration into their community. The Role The Registered Manager has overall responsibility for the management and development of services on a 24: hour basis. The Registered Manager is responsible for the efficient deployment of resources used within the unit and will be registered with the Care Quality Commission as the Registered Manager for the unit. The Registered Manager will be part of the senior management team and take an active role in the overall performance and development of the hospital; including financial sustainability; development and transition of Services.
