Koch Fertilizer Canada ULC, is seeking a Rotating Equipment Specialist to join the Rotating Equipment Reliability team in Brandon, MB. This role will be responsible for providing machinery maintenance/engineering support and services for the safe and efficient reliable operation of the Brandon manufacturing site. In this role you will work closely with the operations, maintenance, and projects team, and will be responsible for providing oversight and technical advice on machinery maintenance, commissioning and design. You will also serve as an authority on troubleshooting on going issues and best practices to conform with the guidelines set out in the mechanical integrity program, ensuring minimal unplanned downtime while enhancing equipment reliability. This role is based at our Brandon manufacturing facility, relocation to within 50 km of Brandon site is a requirement. What You Will Do Provide technical support to the operation & maintenance team during the entire lifecycle of rotating equipment, analyzing their performance & operating conditions, to ensure reliable and safe operation Offsite Repairs: Develop offsite repair and QA/QC inspection scopes, provide supervision as needed. Develop scope in consultation with OEM's on rebuilds of parts, bearings, pumps, turbines, rotors etc, ensuring the repair scope falls within Mechanical Integrity program and is in line with business objectives Develop QC documents for inhouse rebuilds as needed to ensure recommended practices are followed in accordance with OME specs and industry best practices Help in developing Maintenance procedures for inhouse rebuilds on upcoming jobs and improve on existing procedures to mitigate gaps and suggest improvements Provide technical support in project development & execution, lead turnaround scope identification, QA/QC, installation, commissioning, start-up etc on all rotating equipment upgrades, repairs, and new installations Compile reports and help maintain.
