JOIN OUR TEAM AS LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR, WHERE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE : Precise management of raw materials and finished goods inventory. Inventory counts according to internal procedures. Execute transactions in ERP system. Compliance with ISO procedures for continuous improvement. Organize transportation of finished products and prepare shipping documents. Dispatch customer orders accurately. Participate in the planning and day-to-day management of freight activities. Annual monitoring and evaluation of carriers' performance. Effective communication and coordination with R&D and sales teams. Validation of customer orders and confirmation of purchase orders. Management of transport-related customer complaints with interdepartmental coordination. Careful checking and recording of shipping documents; Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Receive and validate goods from suppliers. Opening and closing Work Orders (W. O. ). EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : AEC or DEC in operations management Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position; SKILLS : Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; Good knowledge of ERP; Good teamwork and organizational skills; Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Good organizational skills; Bilingualism (French-English) is required as the successful candidate will need to interact on a regular basis with individuals located outside of Quebec WHAT WE OFFER : RRSP/DPSP program Group insurance program including medical and dental coverage; Telemedicine program; Employee and family assistance program;.
