Plus great benefits I NEED SOMEONE HERE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING FOR A VENDOR AND SELLING SOFTWARE LICENSES. IDEALLY YOU SHOULD BE FROM HR/PAYROLL BACKGROUND BUT I WILL CONSIDER PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SELLING CLOUD ERP FINANCIALS SOFTWARE TOO. CLIENT - A leading cloud software vendor. ROLE - This role is working for a high-performance sales team who are smashing targets. Covering EMEA with little restriction apart from the size of the companies you go after, you will be capitalizing on leads coming in from the marketing team and events. You will have a great platform to attract new customers with a product that is literally on the tip of your target customers' lips. All you have to do is convince them this is the right product to buy in a fairly crowded market place. You will find your product has true USP's which sold right, your customers will not be able to ignore. Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients in your designated territory or industry segment. Consultative Selling: Understand each client's unique needs and challenges and provide tailored HCM solutions that address their specific requirements. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of HCM, Payroll and ERP software and services, ensuring the ability to effectively demonstrate its value to potential clients. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, and provide post-sale support to clients as needed.
